Building on a record of strong financial administration and expert stewardship and oversight, Seattle Parks Foundation currently manages $11.5 million in funds dedicated to our city’s parks and public spaces. Included in that amount are restricted and general-purpose funds, including endowments, for donors who want to make long-term and legacy investments in Seattle’s parks and public space system.

These funds include an endowment for Streissguth Gardens; long-term maintenance funds for Lake Union Park, Homer Harris Park, and Waterway 18; a fund to support programming in Occidental and Westlake parks, and the Clise Orchid Collection Fund.

We also manage the Community Parks Fund, a legacy gift from Seattle philanthropist and park advocate Stim Bullitt, which has allowed us to provide more than $1.8 million to more than 30 community-led planning, capital, stewardship, and park activation efforts since 2013.
