July 2026 Pop-Up Concerts in the Park Recap

This July, we brought our popular Pop-Up Concerts in the Park series back for another summer of free live music from local artists. It was a busy month for the city, with multiple free community activations and events taking place daily.

Starting strong on a sunny, breezy Wednesday, July 8 at Jimi Hendrix Park, Izzy Sound from The Residency kicked off our first concert of the season with an opening set that was followed by a grand performance from Lady A – The Real Lady A and her band. Photos by Elizar Mercado.
We had a change of scenery the following week with the next concert at Seward Park Amphitheater on Wednesday, July 15. Before headliners The New Triumph took the stage for an evening of groovy tunes and dancing, the show began with a performance from The Residency’s De’Brea Cavaiani. Photos by SPF staff.
Our first month of Pop-Up Concerts in the Park wrapped up with one more show at Magnuson Park Amphitheater on Wednesday, July 22. Opening act Zhanea from The Residency set the tone for the evening ahead of an exciting performance from MANISHA and her band. Photos by Elizar Mercado.
