Discuss increasing recreational access to Lake Union!
Please join the Wallingford Community Council (WCC) at public meetings on April 8th at Gasworks Brewing, 2441 N Northlake Way (North Lake Union) and May 26th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm (venue TBD). WCC has a grant and a pending permit to reopen Waterway 20, a former public access point on Lake Union adjacent to Gas Works Park (currently occupied by the Seattle Police Harbor Patrol). More about Waterways here. WCC will present the current status of the property and potential recreational options. Please join us to learn about this exciting opportunity and find out how you can show support or get involved in expanding public access to Lake Union.
