Seatle Parks and Recreation, in collaboration with Seattle Parks Foundation, invites the community to celebrate the grand reopening of Westlake Park! Please join us on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 401 Pine Street in Seattle from 5 pm to 6:30 pm for a ribbon-cutting ceremony, live music, food, and more.
Community leaders will open the celebration with a few remarks and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Bad Weather Brass Band will keep the party going with fun and family-friendly horns and drums! Explore the park and enjoy a craft station from Silver Kite Community Arts, lessons from Seattle Chess School, ping pong, a new Kids Zone and Games Area.
