Roanoke Park Emergency Hub

Helping Portage Bay and Roanoke Park neighbors prepare before a disaster — and find support when one hits.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Roanoke Park Emergency Hub is a place where neighbors can come together during a major emergency to share information, resources, and support. Run by neighborhood volunteers, we are part of Seattle’s citywide network of community emergency hubs.

We host skills fairs, drills, and preparedness classes to help every household get ready. The more prepared we each are, the safer our whole neighborhood will be. Your donation helps fund these events, our volunteer network, and the tools and systems that keep us connected when it matters most. Thank you for investing in our neighborhood.

Events:

Urban Survival Skills Fair: April 25, 2026 at Montlake Community Center, 12:00 – 3:00 pm
