PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The goal of this Duwamish Valley Sustainability Association project is to help the community understand the significance of organic waste on the environment by learning the history of food waste, reviewing infographics, and comparing statistics. They will explore the various green jobs that play an important role in industries surrounding organic waste; the youth will also look at impacts in economics, health and climate change while applying various methods to reduce, reuse, and recycle organic waste.
