PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Outdoor Asian Washington engages communities with local trips, socials, workshops, and webinars to develop culturally-based relationships with the outdoors. Using social media and our blog, we share the stories and histories of our communities to reflect on our ever-changing relationship to ecology and nature. Through our membership and events, we support a wide-ranging network of API leaders in the outdoor recreation and environmental sectors.

Rock climbers enjoy a crisp fall day at Vantage.
Snowshoers on the way back from an overnight trip to Bruni's Snowbowl, part of the Mt Tahoma Ski Trails hut system.
Hikers enjoy the sunshine at Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park.
Snowshoers stand at the top of Artist Point with Mt Shuksan in the background.
