PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Hosting a Day of the Dead festival and parade in historic downtown Ballard. The event will have live music, entertainment, a parade, and interactive activities for all participants. Ballard Avenue will be decorated and various businesses will activate their spaces to participate and promote their business as part of an integrated option to the overall event happening outside.
