Caroline Villanova

Director of Government Relations and Community Impact
Caroline (she/her) joined Seattle Parks Foundation in 2026. She brings experience from her work across the region in program development, government partnership, tribal relations, and community engagement related to land conservation, regional trails, cultural heritage and responsible recreation. Raised in New England, she is a graduate of the University of Vermont and enjoys spending time doing several outdoor activities complimented by cooking and eating good food. Her current hobbies include learning to quilt, planning fun bike trips, and training her dog, Lenora.
