Victor Quiroga

Program Coordinator

Victor (he/him) is originally from Chile and relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2021, where he quickly fell in love with its people, landscapes, and rich culture. He is deeply passionate about nature, education, sustainability, and community development. Victor brings a wealth of experience managing projects across both public and private parks systems, with a focus on integrating sustainable practices and fostering local community engagement. He previously served as Director of an Ecotourism Program dedicated to preparing future professionals in the field. He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Spanish Literature and Project Management in Ecotourism, along with a Certificate in Environmental Management. Outside of work, Victor enjoys reading, writing poetry, hiking, meditating, and spending quality time with his wife Teresa, and their daughter Mila.
