Director of Finance and Operations
Diana is a nonprofit management professional with two decades of experience in international development, government, and finance where she managed both operations and program-related work. She is committed to community development and providing them with the tools they need to achieve their objectives. Diana is equal parts Hoosier and Colombian. She arrived in Seattle in 2006 to work for the Agricultural Development team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and later moved into consulting where her practice increasingly focused on financial management. She spent 13 years in Colombia where she worked in government, producer organizations, and finance. She holds a Master’s degree in economics from the Universidad de Los Andes and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in finance from the University of Notre Dame. Diana loves to cook, especially when her kids are home from college. She is active in her parish, and when working in her home office, shares the space with her rabbit, Georgie.
