This event welcomes birders of all experience levels and offers an opportunity to honor the rich contributions of Latine communities to environmental conservation. A Spanish-language interpreter will be present to support Spanish-speaking participants and help make the experience more accessible. Come enjoy fresh air\, community\, and the beauty of our local birds. 🐦🌿 \n¡Celebra el Mes de la Conservación Latine con una caminata guiada de observación de aves en el parque! La caminata recorrerá el circuito exterior de Seward Park\, el Sendero Seward Park Loop Trail\, un camino pavimentado de 2.4 millas (3.9 km). DESCRIPTION:Join us for a restoration work party at Daybreak Star. \nWe invite you to join us in tending the land at Daybreak Star Cultural Center. \nThese gatherings are a return—to land\, to care\, and to being in right relationship with one another. Guided by Indigenous leadership at the United Indians of All Tribes Foundation\, we come together to practice food sovereignty\, cultural memory\, and collective care in ways that are grounded\, relational\, and real. \nThis season\, we are tending the Forest Garden\, a living space that supports elders\, youth\, and Indigenous-centered community programs while growing a future rooted in reciprocity\, responsibility\, and long-term care. \nAll ages are welcome. You’re invited to come move your body\, tend the land\, and be in community—whether you stay for a couple of hours or the full day.
