Whitworth Children's Play Area

Seattle Parks Foundation converted one of the "worst play areas" in the city into one that tripled the size of the original and includes a variety of brightly colored play equipment for young children. The play area was designed by students, teachers, and neighbors and is now used by hundreds of students and neighborhood youth.
