Marshall Park & Betty Bowen Viewpoint
Location: 7th Ave. W and W Highland Dr.Atop Queen Anne hill, this viewpoint park offers expansive vistas of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. At the base of the plaza you will find memorial art pieces by well known Northwest artists including Morris Graves, Margaret Tompkins, Victor Steinbrueck, Guy Anderson, Kenneth Callahan and Charles Stokes.
Seattle Parks Foundation acted as fiscal sponsor to execute landscape management and the restoration of the concrete art installations at Marshall Park. Stop by and enjoy the view!
