Counterbalance Park Sculpture Project

Location: 2 Roy St. (at Queen Anne Ave)

Counterbalance Park in lower Queen Anne will soon receive beautification in the form of the installation of several sculpture pieces. The sculptures will include engravings identifying both the park name and a recognition panel for the Shah family's significant contribution to the park's development.

Local community members through the Uptown Alliance Parks Committee have engaged two artists, Bernie Clites and John Dunton, to sculpt and engrave the five basalt rocks.
