Concord International Elementary School
Location:723 S Concord St.Seattle Parks Foundation is currently partnered with the Concord International Elementary School PTA and Seattle Public Schools to redesign the Concord International Elementary School’s playground. Slated improvements include the installation of a new play structure, basketball hoop, and three tetherball poles.
The project will also transform the lower field into a more vibrant community green space that fosters play and learning. Plans for the lower field include the installation of a new running track, native gardens, sod, improved irrigation, defined entryways, and an amphitheatre. On the north side of the school building, a new community gathering space will also be added.
