Colonnade Park
Location: Howe St. below Interstate 5An expansive and unique open space located directly under Interstate 5, Colonnade Park is an innovative design - part mountain bike course, part dog park, and part green connection. As a fiscal sponsor, Seattle Parks Foundation faciltated a large private gift from REI for one part of this much larger park development project. The Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance has adopted Colonnade Park and donated hundreds of volunteer hours and raised thousands of dollars to transform this underutilzed space into a popular mountain bike trail system.
